The company is growing rapidly in a dynamic, fast-changing industry.

SFL Data is actively looking for a Paper/Digital Account manager to work with our Document Managed Services team.  Standard hours are from 8:15 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday; we also maintain a 24/7 operation.  In your position you will be expected to work additional hours from time to time as your job duties require. 

Responsibilities:
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals
• Identify key influencers and achieve designated call expectations with a focus on top target customers.
• Understand and address business needs by engaging in meaningful dialog to determine underlying needs of customers, and how our services  could address such needs. 
• Personally generate and prospect new business relationships as well as maintain existing client relationships
• Develop strategy and execute plans to work with new and existing Law firms to strengthen relationships
• Maintain timely and accurate sales pipeline information input using CRM
• Write cost estimates/quotes for client projects
• Pick-up and delivery of client’s day to day projects
• Coordinate with operation team to ensure seamless delivery of services

 
Qualifications:
• Business development skills that include cold calling, prospecting, listening, strong follow up skills with multiple meetings, team selling
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Ability to build strong relationships both external and internal
• Ability to function independently with a high degree of sales proficiency
• Leadership, self–motivation and initiative

Minimum Education Required:
• BA or BS required; JD a plus depending on practice area and experience
