 Responsibilities:
• Communicate with our clients with a high degree of professionalism and expertise
• Create, configure and troubleshoot internal discovery databases. Excellent knowledge and understanding of relational database culling and search techniques, data types, data conversions, image types and viewers
• Consult with case teams regarding all aspects of the electronic discovery process, including data preservation, data harvesting, conversion,  culling, electronic review, data production and relevant sections of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure (FRCP)
• Advise and train attorneys, paralegals and clients on best practices and new technology relating to electronic discovery and data processing
• Understand and create effective culling strategies and key searches using ClearWell or Relativity E-Discovery tool

Qualifications:
• Ability to use E-Discovery tools – including Law, ClearWell, Wave, Encase, DT Search, and Relativity
• Must have extensive SQL and Access Data Base experience with ability to compose structured queries
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Must be available to work swing shifts and weekends

Minimum Education Required:
4-year college degree, and 2+ years of professional experience in e-discovery processing and/or database management, preferably within a fast-paced start-up organization.
