SFL Data is actively looking for Electronic Data Discovery (EDD) Technicians for various shifts. We maintain a 24/7 operation.  In your position you will be expected to work additional hours from time to time as your job duties require.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and process data using LAW’s production software while following SFL Data’s standardized workflow.
  • Enter search requirements into a pre-determined format as defined by incoming work orders.
  • Run multiple client projects at a time.
  • Accurately run up to 2 to 3 client projects per day.
  • Communicate with Shift Manager regarding specific client projects and daily workload.  Anticipate and report potential problems as soon as possible.

    Qualifications:

  • Computer Science background and/or degree.
  • Familiarity with SQL
  • Strong ability to follow complex and detailed processes, workflows, and prescribed procedures.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Able to handle a large volume of work with a high degree of quality and accuracy
  • Can enter up to 2 to 3 search projects per day without error
  • Can manage changing requirements and workload
  • Works well under deadlines and high pressure situations
  • Uses logic to process data quickly
  • Able to find new efficiencies within established processes
  • Flexibility to work different shifts as required
  • Associates Degree or Bachelor’s Degree preferred, Math, Computer Science, or Philosophy degree a plus
