SFL Data is looking to replace a promoted sales team member in the position of Sales Associate, responsible for sales support to a San Francisco bay area senior sales representative. This highly visible Sales Associate role will leverage their strong proven task and time management skills to own all pre and post sales cycle management duties as well as direct client support. Responsibilities:
- Assist the Discovery Consultant (Sr Sales Executive) leverage marketing campaigns plus personally generate and prospect new business leads at target accounts
- Assist execute strategic plans and process to deepen relationships with new and existing Law firm and Corporate clients
- Assist maintain timely and accurate sales pipeline information input using SalesForce.com
- Support the information and resource coordination, writing and delivery of proposals and response to RFPs for eDiscovery services
- Commitment to ongoing education, research, track and communicate industry trends, best practices and competitive service offerings to identify opportunities for growth, innovation, increased market share, and competitive advantage
- Continuous improvement placed on sales cycle tools and resources established to increase efficiency, effectiveness and sales team productivity
- Client relationship engagement including but not limited to follow up communication, resolving billing issues, price negotiations, soliciting performance feedback , etc
- Coordinate with project management and operational teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
- Internal administrative support (including but not limited to preparing for meetings, quarterly reviews, conference registrations, expense reporting, prospect research)
Qualifications:
- Strong written communication skills with ability to create compelling sales meeting presentation materials and proposal responses
- Strong verbal communications skills to clearly and succinctly address client information needs and articulate SFL Data differentiation
- Able to build lasting relationships both external and internal
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Exchange, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce.com
- Have an entrepreneurial spirit and extremely self motivated
- Experience supporting a sales team with cold calling, prospecting, listening, follow up, team selling and account planning
- Experience working with electronic discovery (ESI), attorney document review or legal services to Fortune 1000 and AM Law 200 firms a plus

- BA or BS required
