SFL Data is actively looking for a Shift Manager for various shifts. We maintain a 24/7 operation.  In your position you will be expected to work additional hours from time to time as your job duties require.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and train a team of 5 or more Electronic Data Discovery (EDD) Technicians
  • Manage the client projects and ensure accurate and timely project completion
  • Take responsibility for program initiations and direction
  • Distribute work ensuring proper workload balance
  • Ensure client satisfaction
  • Communicate with management team regarding specific client projects and overall workload and team performance

    Qualifications:

  • Knowledge in the discovery process and solutions preferred
  • Understands SQL and/or has an aptitude for technical understanding
  • Strong quality focus
  • Able to balance rapid production needs with maintaining accuracy
  • History of managing, training and mentoring high production people in a fast paced and changing environment
  • Able to translate client needs to production requirements
  • Proven leadership experience with concrete daily results
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated upward mobility and career progression
