We care about our community and the world we share.
Supporting research
This year, Discovery Solutions Consultant Dave Swider participated in “America’s Most Beautiful Bike Ride” in honor of his wife, Tina, who was diagnosed with Stage IV Non Hodgkins Lymphoma last year, but is now cancer free. Dave rode 100 miles around Lake Tahoe with The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s Team in Training (TNT) to help fund lymphoma, leukemia and myeloma research. If you’re interested in finding out more about The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s Team in Training, visit www.teamintraining.org.
Saving rainforests
In our business, we go through a lot of paper. If the current rate of deforestation continues, the world’s rainforests will be gone in 40 years. We’re dedicated to recycling and use post-consumer paper. This means that 750 of the sheets of paper in each Banker Box are no longer coming from trees. That works out to about five trees per day that don’t get chopped down. If you’d like to save a tree, call us at 415.392.2900.
Searching for a cure
Every year, we support our friends, clients, neighbors and family members who walk six miles through Golden Gate Park to raise money for the San Francisco AIDS Foundation. The proceeds from AIDS Walk enable SFAF to provide services to more than 100,000 men, women, and children living with HIV/AIDS.
