SFL Data Promotes Chris Kitterman to CTO, Andy Crain to VP Forensics and Collections

As CTO, Chris Kitterman will oversee all internal IT functions, including the build-out and review of e-discovery software, such as Relativity and Clearwell. Mr. Kitterman’s experience in the commercial, employment and toxic tort litigation sectors enables him to provide SFL Data’s clients with strategic guidance on the best tools and platforms to align with electronically stored information (ESI) requirements. Mr. Kitterman has an extensive experience with industry-leading litigation software solutions for business intelligence, computer forensics and risk management.
As VP of Forensics and Collections, Andy Crain will oversee process management, business development, hardware and staffing for SFL Data’s growing forensics and collections department. A licensed attorney, Mr. Crain has more than 10 years of litigation experience and works with clients to develop solutions that decrease data review and production time. He also has global experience assisting clients with litigation matters involving theft of trade secrets, employment disputes, fraud and government/regulatory inquiries.
These promotions will help SFL Data support its new Fortune 500 and AMLaw 250 firm clients and leverage its new high-security forensic facility and Arizona disaster-recovery data center.
