Mazares has been named president of sales. Mazares recently served as president and CEO of Encore Discovery Solutions, where he led the company’s turnaround and dramatic growth in revenue and profitability. Under his leadership, Encore became a significant national eDiscovery leader and was sold in 2011 for $100 million.

Mazares has 25 years of legal services industry experience in electronic discovery, document review, trial consulting, demonstrative evidence, courtroom presentation technology, document management, legal research, deposition services and legal staffing. In addition he has held marketing and general management positions at Carnation Company, Nestlé USA and First Interstate Bancorp. Mazares holds an undergraduate degree in economics from Harvard University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
