Troy has 12 years of experience in e-discovery, plus multiple technical certifications. He earned a J.D. with honors from Concord Law School. Troy is a practicing attorney and has published articles on discovery and forensics and frequently speaks on the subject of litigation technology.  In his spare time, he is is an avid runner and race car driver.
